Bay Revival, Mobile

April 27, 2012

Featured Event

The Bay Revival team (John Kilpatrick, Nathan Morris and Lydia Stanley) will be back in Mobile, Alabama at the Mobile Convention Center for one night of revival.  The service is tonight at 7pm CST, and it can be viewed live at http://www.bayrevival.org

Many have been saved, healed and delivered during these twenty-two months of revival.  Most of all, Jesus has been worshiped, glorified and magnified in these services.  I have been to eight of the services in Orlando, Florida, and I can attest to these truths.

John Kilpatrick

Pastor

John Kilpatrick experienced firsthand the Glory of God as the Holy Spirit entrusted to him the pastoral oversight of the Brownsville Revival in Pensacola, Florida. He currently is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Church of His Presence in the Mobile, Alabama Bay area. He and his wife Brenda are fulfilling their apostolic call by overseeing the Bay of the Holy Spirit Revival and mentoring ministers. His hunger and passion for God’s presence awakens and stirs the hearts of many to cry out for a move of God.

Nathan Morris is the founder and leader of Shake The Nations Ministries. Nathan came to Christ in 2002 after a powerful encounter with the Holy Spirit. In 2006, Nathan launched Shake The Nations Ministries and began preaching at huge Gospel crusades throughout the world with salvations and miraculous healings. Nathan has a contagious passion for souls and inspires many to hunger for God.

The following excerpt can be found at http://www.god.tv/thebay

Church of His Presence in Daphne, Alabama hosted “Open the Heavens Conference 2010.” On the last night, July 23rd, British Evangelist, Nathan Morris, was ministering as God’s Presence was ushered in. Notable healings took place and children began to be touched by the power of God. Pastor John Kilpatrick, former pastor and overseer of the Brownsville Revival in Pensacola, FL, stated it felt like Father’s Day 1995 when that historic revival began.

A spontaneous decision was made to extend the meetings at the Daphne Civic Center to see what God would do. Nathan and Shake the Nations team cancelled their flights to Hawaii scheduled for that weekend. Since then, attendance has grown as people have traveled from across America and other countries. To accommodate the crowds and meet regularly on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, the revival meetings were moved to the Mobile Convention Center in Mobile, AL.

This move of God has been called the Bay Revival. Historically, Mobile Bay was named on early Spanish maps Bahía del Espíritu Santo, (Bay of The Holy Spirit). In 2008 a memorial historical sign commemorating the name Bay of the Holy Spirit was approved by the Alabama Historical Association and a Commendation was signed by Governor Bob Riley.

Since that miraculous night of July 23rd, hundreds have given their lives to Christ and been delivered by the power of God. Extraordinary miracles and healings are continuing each night. We are seeing the lame walk, the blind see, deaf ears open and diverse terminal illnesses healed.

We invite you to come and experience the Presence, Power and Glory of our Lord.

The Bay Revival team is back home where this revival started: Mobile, Alabama. Tonight (March 23), the service will start at 7:00pm Central Standard Time, and the location of the service is the Mobile Convention Center. This revival has been ongoing for almost two years, and it appears that it shows no signs of slowing down. Jesus, however, has been the focal point of this revival, and God’s presence has been at the forefront.

The following excerpt, regarding Lydia Stanley, can be found at: http://www.god.tv/thebay

Lydia Stanley was touched in the Brownsville Revival in 1996, where she received her call to worship ministry. She graduated from the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry in 2004. She currently serves as worship leader at Church of His Presence in the Mobile, AL Bay area. Lydia’s passion is to see lives changed by the reality of God’s Presence.

Jesus Is Being Praised

March 15, 2012

If what happened in Orlando last week is any indication of what God is going to do tonight, tomorrow morning and tomorrow night, then New Jersey can prepare for a mighty move of God’s Spirit. The Bay Revival team is in Sayreville, NJ for three services: March 15 at 7pm, March 16 at 10:00am and 7:00 pm. Lydia Stanley will be leading the worship in music, and the evangelist, Nathan Morris, is back from the United Kingdom and will be bringing the Word. And, of course, Pastor John Kilpatrick, who gave three tremendous sermons last week in Orlando, will be at these revival services also.

We look with great expectancy for the presence of God to be manifested in all of these services. God has done amazing things during this year-and-a-half revival (salvations, healings, etc.), and I believe greater things lie in store for the weeks and months to come. “To God be the glory, great things He has done.”

Jesus Was Lifted Up

March 10, 2012

I am still rejoicing over what God did in the three services at Calvary Assembly on Thursday and Friday of this week. The Bay Revival Team was used mightily by the Lord, and the presence of God was clear and indisputable. The power of God hit me so strong last night that it knocked me to the floor. It was simply amazing!

Jesus, however, was the focus of these revival meetings. The blood of Jesus, the power of the Holy Spirit and breaking free from “yokes that bind” were some of the themes of the messages. The worship in music was incredible and awe-inspiring also. I am so thankful to the Lord that I was able to be there for every one of these glory-filled services.

And the good news is that the revival will continue in Orlando for at least another weekend. As of yet, there has not been a date set, but, hopefully, it will be soon. Since this revival termed, “Bay of the Holy Spirit Revival” started, the Lord has done great things across the nation. And we are looking forward to the future when Jesus will do even greater things (salvations, healings, deliverances, etc.) My prayer is that God will continue to use John Kilpatrick, Nathan Morris, Lydia Stanley and the entire team for His glory and honor!

Featured Event

The Bay of the Holy Spirit Revival comes back to central Florida this week with three services at Calvary Assembly of God:  Thursday evening (March 8) at 7:30pm, Friday morning at 10:00am and Friday evening (March 9) at 7:30pm. I had the privilege of attending five of eight services that were held here back in the latter part of January and the first week of February. The draw, for me, was the manifest presence and power of the Lord’s Spirit at these meetings. And I believe that God is going to do even greater things than He did previously. Many were saved, healed and delivered during these nights of worship, . It was awesome. And I say “to God be the glory.”

Although the British evangelist, Nathan Morris, has a prior engagement and won’t be able to attend the Orlando services (he has revival meetings in the United Kingdom), I wanted to share information about him from his website:

“Shake The Nations, the evangelistic ministry of Nathan Morris, has the privilege of preaching the gospel throughout the world. Since 2006, more than 100,000 people respond to the message of Jesus Christ at Shake The Nations events. Nathan, who became a Christian in 2002, has traveled throughout Africa and India, seeing many Muslims and Hindus convert to Christianity at huge Christian gospel campaigns. At these meetings, many documented healings have taken place, with the blind, deaf and crippled all claiming to have been healed.

In 2010, Nathan, was invited to speak at Church of His Presence in Daphne, Alabama, the church led by Pastor John Kilpatrick, for what was meant to be a two-day conference. However, as God’s power began to fall and hundreds were saved and healed, the meetings were extended into what is now being called the Bay of the Holy Spirit Revival.”

Bay Revival, Dallas

March 2, 2012

Featured Event

The revival services in Dallas, Texas, for the last two nights, have been remarkable. The power and might of the Lord have been on display. The worship in music, led by Lydia Stanley, has been a thing of beauty, and the ministry of the Word, especially by John Kilpatrick, two nights ago, has been outstanding. Jesus has been honored in these services, and He has “shown up.” Although I have not been able to be at the venue itself, I have been ministered to mightily by God in my home as I watched these last two nights on my computer. Praise the Lord for what He is doing; praise Him for what He has done; praise Him for what He is going to do!

The following is an excerpt from John Kilpatrick.org:  http://johnkilpatrick.org/ministry/

John Kilpatrick Ministries was birthed in 1996 out of the white-hot fires of the Brownsville Revival. It was during that move of God that John Kilpatrick began to travel all across the United States and encourage pastors and churches to pursue revival. Today, JKM reaches millions of people through inSight, which is our weekly television ministry. John Kilpatrick is now pastoring the Bay Revival, which has been marked by thousands of miraculous healings. Through live broadcasts via television and internet, JKM is reaching this world with the message of revival and passion for the presence of the Lord.

John Kilpatrick experienced firsthand the Glory of God as Holy Spirit entrusted to him the pastoral oversight of the Brownsville Revival in Pensacola, Florida. He now travels extensively across the nation spreading the fires of revival and impacting churches around the world through media ministry. After nearly forty years of pastoral ministry, twenty-two years of which was his tenure at Brownsville Assembly of God, he and his wife Brenda are fulfilling their apostolic call by establishing churches and mentoring ministers. His hunger and passion for God’s presence awakens and stirs the hearts of many to cry out for a move of God.
