Washington Examiner Endorses Romney

October 26, 2012

Advocating a position of common sense and a real future for the United States, The Washington Examiner endorses Mitt Romney for president. Although no electoral votes are at stake in the city where this paper calls home, it still is good news for those who love freedom. I would like to be a “fly on the wall” in the White House right now. They are definitely feeling the pressure of a possible conservative tidal wave on November 6.

The paper writes, “Honest people will disagree about how much of his agenda Romney can realistically implement. But at least his election would provide America with a fighting chance in both economic and fiscal terms. What Americans need now is not a savior or a messiah, but someone who knows how to take a troubled situation and turn it around. Romney is the man for the job.”

Hopefully, America will give Romney a chance. But anything is better than what we have right now.

SCOTT…………..THANKS FOR THE INFO RE: ENDORSEMENT OF PAPERS ACROSS THE COUNTRY. I DON’T KNOW HOW MUCH THESE ENDORSEMENTS HELP BUT THEY CANNOT HURT. ONE HAS THE SENSE THAT NY Times, WASH. POST, Baltimore Sun LA Times and other leading papers will endorse Obama. So what;s news? My wife and I have already voted Absentee in N.C.—and I am very proud it seems to have learned its lesson by shifting the vote and giving Obama the vote. WE HAVE TO WIN THIS ONE, SCOTT. DR. QUICK

    • Hello Dr. Quick,

It is good to hear from you. I hope you are doing well. You are correct in saying that “we have to win this one.” I am glad that North Carolina is shifting in Mitt Romney’s favor and away from Obama. May the Lord bless you and your family.

      Sincerely,

      Scott Sholar
